The new Student Health and Wellness Center

New Student Health and Wellness Center provides ÅÝܽÊÓƵapps hands-on training, improved campus services

It’s one of the most modern buildings on campus, and its design is reflective of a post-COVID-19 era. USF’s new three-story, 47,000-square-foot Student Health and Wellness Center is nearly four times the size of the old Student Health Center, which had been located near the USF Tampa bookstore since 1980.

Tampa-based health care startup Verséa has given thousands of diagnostic COVID-19 test kits to the ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp for use by ÅÝܽÊÓƵapps on all three campuses. This gift – valued at over $1.1 million – aligns with Verséa's and USF's shared commitment to supporting the development and health of the Tampa Bay community.
