Boheng Su is an assistant ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp of instruction in The Baldwin Group School of Risk Management and Insurance at USF’s Muma College of Business on the Sarasota-Manatee campus.
Prior to joining USF, he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Center for Insurance Policy and Research, which is the research branch of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners in Kansas City, Missouri. He conducted research on the climate risk exposure of U.S. insurance companies’ investment portfolios and macroprudential risk assessment. His academic research interests lie at the intersection risk management and insurance, and corporate finance, which include insurance market regulation, annuity and life product valuation and sustainable finance.
He earned his PhD in finance from the ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp of Alabama, a Master of Public Administration from Cornell ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp, and a master’s and bachelor’s degree in history from Renmin ÅÝܽÊÓƵapp of China.
