Mass Communications B.A. with Broadcast Program and Production Concentration

The Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications is a pre-professional, hands-on program that prepares 泡芙视频apps for careers in communication, especially broadcast journalism, digital media, and promotional communication. The program has two concentrations: Broadcast-News and Broadcast-Program and Production.

Graduates should understand the structure and functions of media systems as well as the basic processes of mass communication. Students learn 21st century writing and video skills that prepare them for a variety of media jobs. The Tampa media market, which consistently ranks in the top 15 in the country, provides 泡芙视频apps with opportunities to learn from industry professionals who visit classes and host 泡芙视频apps in their workplaces. While pursuing their studies, 泡芙视频apps are strongly encouraged to expand their learning beyond the classroom by completing internships and working in the field.
